We retain your account and activity data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You can export all your activity data at any time from the Data Backup section in the app sidebar.
We take the security of your data seriously. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to log in and use the platform.
Agency Pulse offers an optional Chrome browser extension, the Agency Pulse Tracker, that lets you log your activity from any browser tab without leaving your dialer, CRM, or email.
The extension requires permission to run on all websites (the "all sites" permission). This is solely so the floating tracker panel can appear on whatever page you are working in. The extension does not read, collect, monitor, or transmit the content of the web pages you visit.

All of this data is sent only to your own Agency Pulse account on our secure Supabase backend — the same backend the web app uses. The extension does not send your data to any third party, and it contains no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Your session and panel preferences (such as panel position and toggle state) are stored locally in your browser's extension storage so the panel stays where you put it and you remain signed in across tabs. This data stays on your device.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data. The extension is covered by this same Privacy Policy.
The Agency Pulse is intended for use by adults (18+) in professional insurance sales roles. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you by email if the changes are material. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
